Chris Roberts is the Co-founder of Suppli and an experienced property professional with a strong track record in acquiring, developing, and delivering specialist housing across the UK.
With a background spanning property acquisition, development, and management, Chris has focused on providing high-quality homes within the supported living and children’s care sectors for the last five years.
Chris’ approach is grounded in understanding both the housing requirement and the operational reality behind each placement. This enables the delivery of homes that are not only safe, robust, and fit for purpose, but also viable for delivery within long-term care and support frameworks.
At Suppli, Chris is responsible for referrals, partnerships with Local Authorities, NHS ICBs and Care Providers, property sourcing and ensuring that each home is tailored to the needs of the individual and capable of supporting sustainable, high-quality outcomes.
Simon Howell
Simon Howell is a highly experienced property developer, and operator with decades of hands-on experience in the residential property market. For the last five years, Simon has been working in partnership with various local authorities, in developing supported living and children’s services, as well as providing robust maintenance and management services.
Simon brings deep expertise in development, property standards and long-term portfolio performance. Through his business, he has successfully managed a large portfolio of residential properties, maintaining strong occupancy and operational stability across a wide range of market conditions.
His strength lies in the practical delivery of homes which are safe, compliant and meet the exact needs of the people who are referred to Suppli. Simon’s understanding of maintenance, compliance, and long-term asset management provides an important operational foundation to the Suppli model, with our aim to do things right the first time.
